Pre-Treatment Instructions
- Avoid harsh products: Don’t use scrubs, exfoliators, or peels for at least a week before your facial.
- Avoid other treatments: Don’t schedule other skincare treatments, like waxing, threading, or chemical peels on the same day as you facial.
- Avoid touching your face: Touching your face can transfer dirt, bacteria, and oil which can cause breakouts of irritation.
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to improve your skin’s hydration, but avoid caffeine, which can dry out your skin.
Aftercare Instructions
Avoid Heat
Don't use hot water or take a hot shower for 24 hours, and avoid heat treatments like saunas, steam rooms, and sunbeds for 48 hours.
Avoid harsh products
For 24 hours, avoid makeup, fragranced products, exfoliating skincare, and anti-aging creams.
Drink Water
Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to help flush out toxins released during the treament.
Avoid makeup
Avoid wearing makeup for at least 6 hours after your facial, or ideally overnight.
Avoid other treaments
Don't get any other facial treatments for 48 hours, as these could irritate your skin.
Use prescribed products
If your provider recommends homecare products, use them for long-term results.
- A non refundable £15 booking is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable but will be taken off the final cost of treatment.
- If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, this is considered a late cancellation. Your booking fee will need to be paid before a new booking can be secured. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice, you are able to transfer your deposit once only to your new booking.
- All booking fees must be paid before appointment being made in order to secure date & time. This policy is in place to minimise the amount of no shows and last minute cancellations, as they are very hard to fill last minute.
